Turkish investors preparing to launch textile factory with 800 jobs in Kara-Balta

Bishkek, June 12, 2023. / Kabar /. Turkish investors are preparing to launch a textile factory with 800-1,000 jobs in Kara-Balta town of Kyrgyzstan, the National Investment Agency of the country reported.

The enterprise occupies the base of a former carpet factory with an area of 53,000 square meters. Today, issues are being resolved with the delivery of expensive equipment from China. The National Agency is helping to resolve this issue.

To do this, Turkish investors organized a meeting with representatives of the State Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, who provided comprehensive answers to their questions.
