Turkey guest country of international fair
BERLIN (A.A) - Turkey will be the guest country of the 41st International Confectionery Trade Fair (ISE).
The fair will take place in German city of from January 30 to February 2.
Turkish State Minister Zafer Caglayan will inaugurate the trade fair, which is considered as the world's largest and most important confectionery trade fair.
He will also attend the reception "Turkish Night" to be held in honor of the fair's guest country.
Some 1,500 firms from 70 countries will take part in this year's fair. 43 firms will represent Turkey in the event.
Turkish firms will promote several traditional Turkish desserts such as Turkish delight and halva
