Youth minister receives Sudanese ambassador

Manama, Oct. 30 (BNA): Minister of Youth and Sports Affairs Hisham Abdulrahman Al-Jowdar received the newly-appointed Sudanese Ambassador to Bahrain Abdulrahman Khalil Ahmed Afandi. The minister lauded the outstanding solid Bahraini-Sudanese relations, and the steady growth of cooperation between then in various fields, especially regarding youth and sports. He stressed the importance of intensifying bilateral meetings for the best interests of the youth and sports movements in the two brotherly countries. The Sudanese envoy lauded the steadily-progressing relations between his country and Bahrain, reiterating Sudan's constant readiness to enhance cooperation with the Kingdom, especially in the youth and sports field.
