Young Kyrgyzstani earns gold at Int’l Youth Circus Art Festival in Tashkent

Tashkent, April 20, 2021 . / Kabar / . 11-year-old Kyrgyzstani Aina Maratova won gold medal at the International Youth Circus Art Festival in Tashkent, the press service of the republic’s Culture Ministry reported. Young circus artists from Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Ukraine and Uzbekistan have shown their skills at the first International Festival of Youth Circus Art. The performances of participants from Russia and Ukraine were broadcasted online. "The first place of the festival was won by Aina Maratova from Kyrgyzstan and Daler Khametov from Uzbekistan," the report said. The event was held in Tashkent on April 15-17 and was dedicated to the World Circus Day, which is celebrated annually all over the world on the third Saturday of April.
