Triathlon achievement offered to HM the King

Manama, May 10 (BNA) – Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, HM the King's Representative for Charity and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, leader of Bahrain Triathlon Team, has presented his qualification to the World Triathlon Championship to HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. Shaikh Nasser said that the achievement made in Spain was the fruitful of the great support provided by HM the King for the youth and sports movement in Bahrain. He stressed that qualifying for the World Triathlon Championship in Austria is a great responsibility that requires doubling efforts to attain further achievements amid the participation of the game's elite international players. He said that Bahrain's qualification for the international championship has come after winning the first place at the Mallorca Ironman competition, which announces a promising future for the team in upcoming tournaments.
