Transient ball top official meeting

Manama, Sept. 21 (BNA): Bahrain Olympic Committee general secretary Abdulrahman Askar received at his office in Seef president of the International Transient Ball Federation Ebrahim Mohammed Sharif.
Both officials discussed ways of promoting bilateral cooperation between the two parties in order to serve their aspiration.
This was the second visit for Sharif to Bahrain, having visited the kingdom two years ago to present the game to physical education teachers at various schools across Bahrain and in cooperation with the Ministry of Education.
Askar was informed about the rules, regulations and number of affiliates of the International Transient Ball Federation, and affirmed the committee’s willingness to provide all that would help the federation to achieve its aspirations.
Sharif, who is also the Foreign Relations Coordinator at the Arab Baseball and Softball Federation, said he was pleased for the tremendous cooperation from the Bahrain Olympic Committee under the presidency of Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and hoped for this partnership to explore in the future.
It’s worth noting that transient ball is a team sport that is played by hands and adopts a combination of basketball, handball and volleyball rules.
