Qatar's Al-Arabi Volleyball Team Wins First Asian Championship Match.

Shanghai, China, July 01 (QNA) - Qatar s Al-Arabi SC volleyball team won here on Sunday its first match against Myanmar in the 2012 Asian Men s Volleyball Championship. The results of the games were 25-23, 25-13 and 25,12 Al-Arabi players showed high team spirit and excelled in three games despite the rivalry shown by the Myanmar champion in the first game. The second and third games were dominated by Al-Arabi as its superiority emerged from the smashing shots and the strong services. The team will lock horns against Iran's Champion that won its match against the Uzbek team. In other matches, the Thai team won Singapore 3 - nil and India won with the same score its match against Kuwait's Al-Qadisiyah.
