Qatar Win GCC Beach Volleyball Championship Title

Salalah, Oman, August 20 (QNA) - The Qatari beach volleyball team (B) claimed the title of the 15th GCC Beach Volleyball Championship after beating Oman (A) Team 2-0 (21-15 21-6) in the final match on Tuesday. Qatar (A) team finished the tournament in the third place after beating Oman (B) team 2-0 (21-15 21-16).The semifinals matches were held on Tuesday where Qatar (A) Team defeated Qatar (B) Team while Oman (A) downed Oman (B) in the semifinals. The event was organized by the Omani Volleyball Association with participation of Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and Hosts Oman. (QNA)
