Qatar Volleyball League Begins Today

Doha, January 28 (QNA) - The official competitions of Qatar Volleyball League 2012 in its new format will get underway on Saturday. In the opening round s match, Al-Rayyan will shake hands with Army and Al-Khor will take on Police in the second playoff at Qatar SC indoor. According to the new format all 11 teams were merged into one-league format, where the first six winners will quality to the QVBA Premier league. The champions of QVBA Premier League beside other four teams will compete in the HH Heir Apparent Cup, meanwhile five teams from the seventh place to eleventh place will play in the first Division league.
