PM Receives The Ambassadors of the GCC Countries And The Ambassador Of Yemen To Iraq

Baghdad / NINA / - Prime Minister Muhammad Al-Sudani stressed the importance of the Gulf Championship 25 and its distinctive symbolism among the Iraqis and the participating brothers, and the occasion it represents for the brothers to meet on the land of hospitable Iraq. The media office of the prime minister said, "Al-Sudani received, this morning, Monday in Basra, the ambassadors of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and the ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Iraq." During the meeting, they reviewed the overall Iraqi relations with the GCC countries and all Arab countries, and the most prominent areas in which work is being done to develop cooperation and partnership, for the benefit of the Iraqi people and brotherly peoples. The meeting included discussing the latest preparations made by Iraq to host the 25th Gulf Championship in Basra, on the sixth of next January.
