National ice hockey team of Kyrgyzstan wins Eurasia Cup in Turkey

Bishkek, Jan. 10, 2022. / Kabar /. The national ice hockey team of Kyrgyzstan became the champion of Eurasia among youth teams (U-20), which was held on Jan 7 - 9 in Istanbul (Turkey). According to the Department of Sports and Physical Education, teams from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey, Bulgaria and Kyrgyzstan took part in the tournament. The teams played each other in a circle and the national team of Kyrgyzstan won all 3 games. On the first day of the competition, the national team of Kyrgyzstan won the team from Bulgaria with a score of 7: 5 and in the semifinals of the tournament also won the national team of Turkey with a score of 7: 5. In the final of the Cup, the national team of Kyrgyzstan became the champion of the tournament, having won the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina with a score of 5: 2.
