Leadership congratulated by Shaikh Khalid

Manama, Oct. 24 (BNA): The Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS) First Deputy Chairman and the Bahrain Athletics Association President Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa has extended sincere congratulations to HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, on the Royal Endurance Team’s winning of the World Endurance Championships for Young Riders & Juniors, held in Chile. He also extended congratulations to HM the King’s Personal Representative for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa on the historic world endurance title. Shaikh Khalid asserted that the impressive achievement was the fruitful outcome of HM King Hamad's constant support to youth and sport movement in the kingdom through providing Bahraini athletes with all success requirements. He paid similar tribute to Shaikh Nasser for the landmark achievement, commending his constant keenness to provide all success requirements for Bahraini riders so as to be able to attain the best results. Shaikh Khalid congratulated rider Fahad Al Khatri, the world junior champion, and praised the brilliant performance of the Bahraini riders.
