Kyrgyzstani boxers earn four medals at international tournament in Turkey

Bishkek, March 25, 2021 . / Kabar / . Kyrgyzstani athletes won four medals at an international boxing tournament held on March 16-20 in Istanbul (Turkey), the press service of Kyrgyzstan's Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy said on Thursday. Azat Usenaliyev won gold in the weight category up to 52kg. Esenbek Akylbek uulu (57kg) won silver, Erkin Adylbek uulu (81kg) and Omurbek Bekzhigit uulu (75kg) took the third places. At the tournament, Kyrgyzstan’s national team was represented by 12 athletes under the guidance of head coach Daniyar Dzhusubaliyev.
