JUDOISTS LEAVE FOR EUROPE

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Judoists of the national selected team left Wednesday for Europe to compete in serial tournaments of Europe. Firstly, the judoists will participate in the Paris Grand Slam February 9-10 in Paris, France. After this, they will head to the Judo Women's World Cup and Men's World Cup tournaments which are expected February 16-17 in Oberwart of Austria and in Budapest, Hungary. These tournaments will run by the rules newly altered by the International Judo Federation (IJF). The national team comprises D.Amartuvshin, G.Kherlen (men's 60 kg), D.Tomorkhuleg, B.Khishigbayar, B.Batgerel (66 kg), Kh.Tsagaanbaatar, G.Odbayar (73 kg), O.Uuganbayar (81 kg), D.Bat-Erdene (90 kg), B.Temuulen (-100 kg), B.Sugarjargal, O.Duurenbayar (+100 kg), M.Urantsetseg (women's 48 kg), B.Bat-Erdene, Ch.Azzaya, M.Bundmaa (52 kg), D.Sumya (57 kg), Ts.Tserennadmid (63 kg) and Ts.Naranjargal (70 kg). They are coached by O.Baljinnyam and Kh.Erdenet-Od, senior coaches of the national team. The official team includes N.Erdenetsetseg, a medical doctor; M.Bokhbat, a secretary-general of Mongolia's Judo Federation; and D.Nyamkhuu, a manager. B.Khuder
