HH Sheikha Moza Visits Bayt Qatar in London

London, July 31 (QNA) - HH Sheikha Moza bint Nasser Tuesday evening visited "Bayt Qatar," the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC)'s official House during the London Olympic and Paralympic Games 2012. HH Sheikha Moza was welcomed upon arrival by QOC Secretary-General, HE Sheikh Saoud bin Abdurrahman al-Thani. During the visit, HH Sheikha Moza toured "Bayt Qatar" and met the Qatari Olympic delegation taking part in the 30th Summer Olympic Games. HH Sheikha Moza congratulated shooter and rally driver, Nasser Al Attiyah for winning the bronze medal of the men's skeet shooting. In this context, HH Sheikha Moza said 'the victory of Nasser is a victory for Qatar,' conveying congratulations of all Qataris, who share the joy for today's achievement. For his part, HE Sheikh Saoud bin Abdurrahman al-Thani expressed his appreciation of HH Sheikha Moza's visit and support which inspired everyone to achieve success.
