First Phase of QFA Elite Referees Training Camp Concludes in France

Doha, June 24 (QNA) - The first phase of Qatar Football Association's (QFA) Elite Referees training camp has concluded in Le Touquet, France, the QFA said today. The camp specially planned for QFA's elite panel of referees comprised a wide range of activities to enhance supervision skills. The camp commenced on June 20 and concluded Sunday. The referees attended lectures where key topics like instructions, off-side, game situations and adapting to wireless technology besides performance assessment for 2012-2013 season well discussed. Naji Al Jouainy and Ali Al Teraify attended the lectures delivered by UEFA and Swiss Football Federation lecturers Carlo Bertolini and Martin Islay. Hussam Al Din Al Mukhtar and Mohammed Sherif Khawaja gave a presentation on physical preparation of the referees, the QFA said. (QNA)
