BREEF, Viva-Bahrain sign agreement

Manama, Apr. 8 – (BNA): His Highness Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid bin Isa Al Khalifa the President of the Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF) expressed the Club's High Board welcoming the contribution of Viva-Bahrain in sponsoring and supporting the activities of horseracing sports in the Kingdom of Bahrain starting from the current season. This came at the press conference held on occasion of signing the 4-year sponsorship agreement between the Club and Viva-Bahrain starting from the current horseracing and endurance season. The agreement was signed in the presence of His Highness Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid bin Isa al Khalifa, Viva-Bahrain CEO, Olayan Al-Wateed, and members of the company, the club and the racecourse. His Highness Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid conveyed the thanks and appreciation from His Highness Shaikh Abdullah bin Isa Al Khalifa the President of the High Board of Rashid Equestrian and Endurance Club and the Club's Vice President His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa to the CEO of Viva-Bahrain, Olayan Al-Wateed, for the company's supporting and contribution to horseracing sports which has a great many positive effects on this sport in the Kingdom. The CEO of Viva-Bahrain stressed the company's keenness on contributing to horseracing and endurance sports in view of the care and attention it receives from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Highness Shaikh Abdullah bin Isa al Khalifa the President of the Club's High Board, the Club's VP His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and His Highness Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, expressing his company's delight to begin cooperation with the Rashid Equestrian and Endurance Club through the partnership aimed to expand attention to this genuine popular ancient sport. Al-Wateed said "We at Viva - Bahrain believe in the important place of horseracing which constitutes the Kingdom's true identity and heritage to preserve the steps of the forefathers and fathers emanating from the duty to contribute to boosting and supporting the efforts being exerted to preserve and develop it to the best".
