Arab Games' Organising Committee Chief Meets Egyptian Olympic Committee President

Doha, December 20 (QNA) - HE Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Chairman of the 12th Arab Games' Organising Committee (AGOC) and the Secretary General of Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC), met here on Tuesday with Egyptian Olympic Committee President Major-General Mahmoud Ahmed Ali, at the QOC headquarters. Sheikh Saoud greeted the Egyptian sport official and appreciated their sporting efforts and positive participation in the 12th Arab Games. Likewise , the Egyptian official congratulated the AGOC Chief on both Qatar s National Day Anniversary and the dazzling success being achieved in the 12th Arab Games in Doha. During the meeting both sides reviewed a range of topics that serve the common interest between Egypt and Qatar in the sports domain. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Faisal Saleh Al-Mansouri, the Director of Public Relations and Marketing Department at the QOC.(QNA)
