Al Sadd to Face Schalke on Sunday

Doha , January 05 (QNA) - Al Sadd will face German Bundesliga team Schalke in a friendly match tomorrow Sunday. The match was set to be played yesterday Friday but was canceled because the Qatari team was missing far too many players to the 21st GCC Football tournament to play the friendly. Al Sadd will loan some of the professional players playing in Qatari teams for the match, such as Sasa Ognenovski, Said Boutahar and Otmane El Assas who all play for Umm Salal. Also joining the team will be Khaled Al Zakiba and Mohamed Omar from Qatar. The Schalke manager attended the training session of Al Sadd to make sure the preparations were suitable for tomorrow's friendly. (QNA)
