Al-Hamad Ready for Women's 50m Rifle 3 Positions Competition

London, August 01 (QNA) - Qatar's Shooter Bahya Mansour Al Hamad has intensified her training sessions before participation in Women's 50m Rifle 3 Positions competition at the 2012 Olympic Games on 04 August. Al Hamad Saturday narrowly missed out on a main draw berth in the 10m air rifle competition at the Royal Artillery Barracks shooting rage Qatar Olympic Committee reported. Bahya, with a tally of 395-30x, finished in 17th spot out of 56 shooters. Al-Hamad confidently claimed 2 gold medals in women rifle event at the outgoing Arab Games 2011, she also qualified to Youth Olympic Games 2010. (QNA)
