Aisuluu Tynybekova tops UWW world ranking

Bishkek, June 14, 2021. / Kabar /. Kyrgyz athlete Aisuluu Tynybekova topped the UWW world ranking, according to the website of the United World Wrestling organization. Aisuluu Tynybekova won gold at the international tournament Ziolkowski, Pytlasinski, Poland Open, which was held from June 8 to 13 in Poland. Tynybekova competed in the weight category up to 62 kilograms. The athlete in the final met with Canadian Anna Paula Godinez Gonzalez and won with a score of 7: 1. Prior to that, Aisuluu won two victories, beating the Russians Lyubov Ovcharova and Svetlana Lipatova. Thanks to the victory in the tournament, Tynybekova ranks first in the world in 2021. The United World Wrestling, the first International Federation for the Development of Wrestling and Weightlifting, was founded by the German Athletes Association (Deutsche Athleten-Verband) in Duisburg in 1905. Later, a committee was established, which included the following members: Mr. Monticelli (Italy), the Van Elst brothers (Netherlands), Mr. Kottgen (Germany) and Mr. Stolz (Germany). The aim of the federation was to streamline the organization of the world championships.
