AFC President to chair executive meeting in Doha

Doha, Jan.27(BNA): Asian Football Confederation (AFC) President Shaikh Salman bin Ibrahim Al-Khalifa arrived in Qatar to chair the AFC Executive Bureau meeting. He will also attend the final of the under-23 Asian Qualification Championship to the Olympic Games, scheduled to be held in Rio de Janeiro in Summer 2016. He will also attend the launch of the new AFC vision in a ceremony which will be held on Thursday in the presence of executive board members and other leading Asian official and sport figures. In a statement on this occasion, he said that the meeting will discuss key issues in connection with efforts to develop football in the Asian continent.
