4th Ladies Tour of Qatar Starts Tomorrow

Doha, January 31 (QNA) - Qatar Cycling Federation (QCF) is to organize tomorrow, Wednesday the opening ceremony of the 4th Ladies Tour of Qatar on 1st February 2012 at Camel Race Track. The tour will be made up of 3 stages and will cover a total distance of 304 kilometres, a press release issued here Tuesday said. The QCF said the tour starts on Wednesday,Feb.01 at 12:30 pm. at the Camel race track and finish at Al khore Corniche (97km). On Thursday it starts on Feb.02- at 12:00 pm. from Al Zubara Fort and finish at Madinat Al Shamal (114.5km). On Friday it starts on Feb.03 at 13:00 pm. at Katara and finish at Katara (97.5km) Meanwhile Qatar Cycling Federation also announced that the 11th Tour of Qatar 2012 , running from February Sunday 5th to Friday 10th 2012. The Tour of Qatar will be made up of a 5 stages and will cover a total distance of 724 kilometres. - Day 1 - Sunday 5th February - From Barzan Towers to Doha Golf Club - Day 2 - Monday 6th February - Time Trial From Lusail to Lusail Day 3 - Tuesday 7th February - From Dukhan to Al Gharafa Stadium Day 4 - Wednesday 8th February - From Al Thakhira to Madinat Al Shamal Day 5 - Thursday 9th February - From Camel Race Track to Al Khor Corniche Day 6 - Friday 10th February - From Sealine Beach Resort to Doha Corniche.
