Omicron strain of coronavirus detected in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Jan. 12, 2022 . / Kabar / . The fourth wave of COVID-19 coronavirus infection has begun in Kyrgyzstan, Kabar News Agency has learnt from the press service of the republic's Health Ministry. In addition, two cases of new omicron strain were recorded in the country - in Bishkek and Chui Oblast. Kyrgyzstan reported 465 new coronavirus cases on Wednesday, an increase in number of COVID-19 cases is observed in the republic.
