Kyrgyzstan’s COVID-19 cases top 181,105

Bishkek, Oct. 29, 2021 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan’s total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases hit 181,105, after 116 new cases were reported on Friday. The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said that the total number of recovered patients in the country stood at 175,493 including 91 new recoveries in the 24 hours period. Meanwhile, 2 new deaths over the past day took the toll to 2,666. A total of 708 patients are being treated in hospitals, while 699 patients are receiving treatment at home. Kyrgyzstan started mass vaccination for COVID-19 on March 29. The headquarters also said that 11,262 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 during the past 24 hours across the country, bringing the total number of doses administered in Kyrgyzstan to 969,175.
