Kyrgyzstan’s count of COVID-19 cases surpasses 180,000-mark

Bishkek, Oct. 19, 2021 . / Kabar / . Kyrgyzstan reported 93 fresh cases of coronavirus infection on Tuesday, taking the total count of infections to 180,006. The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said that number of recoveries from the disease has reached 174,766 after 74 more Kyrgyzstanis were reported to have cured in the last 24 hours. 2 coronavirus-related fatalities were registered across Kyrgyzstan, bringing the nationwide death toll to 2,638. In addition, the HQ reported that 571 patients with coronavirus are receiving treatment in hospitals of Kyrgyzstan, and 527 compatriots are being treated at home.
