Azerbaijan confirms 319 new coronavirus cases, 161 recoveries

Baku, March 3, AZERTAC 319 new cases of coronavirus infection have been recorded in Azerbaijan, while 161 patients have been recovered, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told AZERTAC. According to the Task Force, 5 persons have died after testing positive for COVID-19. “The overall confirmed cases in Azerbaijan have reached 235,333 with 229,143 recoveries and 3230 deaths, while treatment of 2,960 others is underway. A total number of 2,618,808 coronavirus tests have been conducted in the country so far”, the Task Force added.
