89 new positive cases of COVID-19 detected in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Sept. 21, 2021 . / Kabar / . 89 more positive cases of coronavirus infection were recorded in Kyrgyzstan in the past day, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said Tuesday. The country’s total count of COVID cases has amounted to 177,869 since the outbreak of the virus. In addition, 108 more Kyrgyzstanis have cured from the disease, taking the total number of recoveries to 172,369. The HQ reported that 2 more patients died from coronavirus in the last 24 hours, bringing the nationwide death toll to 2,592. Currently, 571 patients are receiving treatment in hospitals, while 865 Kyrgyzstanis are being treated at home.
