Z.ENKHBOLD AT BOAO FORUM

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolia's parliamentary delegation led by the Speaker Z.Enkhbold participated in the opening ceremony of Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) Annual Conference in Boao, south China's Hainan province on April 7. The delegation consists of the Vice head of the Mongolia-China group at parliament Ms M.Batchimeg MP; L.Enkh-Amgalan and S.Demberel MPs; the Deputy Foreign Minister D.Gankhuyag, and The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to China, Ts.Sukhbaatar. Mongolia is one of the 26 countries who initiated the Boao Forum For Asia. Z.Enkhbold addressed the gathered, sayng that is is needed to enhance a cooperation in Asia, and that a lot of ideas on boosting such a cooperation are being explored by various parties. Mongolia aims to make multipillar its economy, he said, adding that the government is implementing activities such as creating brand products and services and supporting not only mining but also infrastructure and industrial projects. Mongolia views that the regional cooperation and integration must be open, fair and incorporating all countries, he said and expressed a confidence that the counties support Mongolia's seeking a membership in APEC and East Asia meetings. “The Boao Forum For Asia” is annual conference, this time it has a theme "Asia Seeking Development for All: Restructuring, Responsibility and Cooperation". In the forum are participating over 2,000 representatives such as Presidents of China, of Kazakhstan, of Zambia, of United Mexican States, of Myanmar, of Peru, of Finland; also a Sultan of Brunei, Speaker of Algeria, Prime ministers of the Commonwealth of Australia, Kingdom of Cambodia, New Zeland, as well as director of the International monetary fund /IMF/, delegation of business sector, scientists and media. As a non-government, non-profit international organization, BFA is the most prestigious and premier forum for leaders in government, business and academia in Asia and other continents to share visions on the most pressing issues in this dynamic region and the world at large.
