Zarif: We Just Discussed Nuclear Issue With Burns

Vienna, June 17, IRNA – Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said he had only discussed nuclear issue with the US Envoy William Burns. Zarif told reporters that Vienna talks are only about nuclear issue and have no connection with Iraq. Iranˈs senior member of negotiating team Abbas Araqchi had already said that negotiation with the US side was on nuclear issue and Iraq was not on the agenda. Concerning bilateral meetings on Tuesday, Araqchi said there would be meetings with Chinese and Russian envoys. He added that Zarif will meet with IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano. The official meeting between Iran and Group 5+1 will be held at 11 AM./end
