Yemeni army seize control of new areas in Al Bayda, south of Sanaa

ADEN, 14th January, 2018 (WAM) -- Yemeni forces have captured new areas from the Houthi militias in Al Bayda province south of the capital, Sanaa. A field source told the military-run 26 September news site that the forces had liberated Jabal Al-Sada and the areas of Mawr and Malih following clashes with the militia. The source added that the fighting had resulted in the death and injury of some militia personnel, while others had fled the area.
