Turkish foreign minister has phone talks with Kyrgyz and Palestinian leaders

ISTANBUL (A.A) - November 3, 2011 - Turkey's foreign minister spoke to Kyrgyz and Palestinian leaders by phone on Thursday. Diplomatic sources said Ahmet Davutoglu congratulated Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambaev on his success in presidential elections, and said Turkey would continue to support Kyrgyzstan's peace and stability. Davutoglu also had a phone talk with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, and congratulated Abbas on Palestine's becoming a member of the United Nations Educational, Scientific & Cultural Organization (UNESCO). Ahmet Davutoglu also said Turkey would continue to support Palestine's bid for being recognized by the United Nations (UN).
