Turkish deputy premier in Somalia

MOGADISHU (A.A) - November 26, 2011 - Turkish deputy premier arrived in Somali capital of Mogadishu on Saturday. During his visit, Deputy Prime Minister Bekir Bozdag will lay foundation of a hospital to be constructed by Turkey and be in informed on education, health and infrastructure projects in Mogadishu.  Bozdag had a meeting with Somali Prime Minister Abdiweli Mohamed Ali. After the meeting, Ali said that they appreciated Turkey's efforts and assistance for Somalia. Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan's visit to Somalia drew attention of the world to Somalia, he said. Bozdag said that they would work to provide better living standards to Somali people.
