Turkey's constitution to be a model for Libya

TRIPOLI (A.A) - December 26, 2011 - Libyan Interior Minister Fawzi Abd al All has said that Turkey's constitution would be a model for Libya. Speaking to AA on Monday, Abd al All said that Libya would take Muslim countries like Turkey and Malaysia as a model while preparing its new constitution. Abd al All thanked Turkish people and government for the support they extended to Libya during its transition process, and said that they were exerting efforts to bring a democratic structure in Libya during reconstruction process. Also commenting on the situation about Moammar Gadhafi's son Saif al-Islam Gadhafi --who had been captured on November 19--, Abd al All said that he would be tried on Libyan soil and under Libyan laws. He added that the trial would begin soon.
