Trial on embezzlement case opens in Iran

Azerbaijan, Baku, Feb. 19/ Trend M. Moezzi/ The public trial of 32 people who are accused of participating in a huge corruption case has begun in Iran, Mehr news agency reports. Iran's judiciary has prepared a 220-page indictment against the defendants, five of whom could face the death penalty if convicted.
