Top official: World Association of Azerbaijani Youth opens new perspectives

Azerbaijan, Baku, March 12 / Trend M. Aliyev / The activity of youth, united into a single organization, its putting forward the initiatives and the implementation of various projects will create an opportunity to strengthen the Azerbaijani diaspora, informing the world about Azerbaijan's realities, and in particular the public of foreign countries about the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Political Analysis and Information Provision Department head Elnur Aslanov told media today. He said holding the founding congress of the World Association of Azerbaijani Youth is a very important initiative aimed at strengthening the Azerbaijani diaspora by attracting the Azerbaijani youth in the Diaspora's activity. "Establishment of the World Association of Azerbaijani Youth opens new perspectives for young people studying abroad," he said. He said Azerbaijani Diaspora representatives are able to operate more actively in the countries of their residence while Azerbaijan's socio-economic progress is intensifying. The founding congress of the World Association of Azerbaijani Youth has started its activity in Baku today. Representatives of the Diaspora organizations established by Azerbaijani youth living abroad, Azerbaijani youth organizations, students studying in prestigious universities abroad, as well as some 500 heads of the Azerbaijani diaspora organizations and guests are attending the event.
