Supreme Court rejects cassation complaint of Arif Hajili

Azerbaijan, Baku, Aprel 24 / Trend K.Zarbaliyeva/ The Supreme Court has rejected the cassation complaint of imprisoned head of the central executive office of the Musavat Party. The Supreme Court hasn't accepted the appeal today as it deems it unreasonable, a court official told Trend. Hajili was arrested during an unauthorised rally of the Public Chamber in Baku on April 2, 2011, and sentenced to 30 months imprisonment upon conviction. Do you have any feedback?
