STATE HEAD MEETS EBRD PRESIDENT

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj received Thursday Mr Suma Chakrabarti, the president of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Mr Chakrabarti said it is widely felt that the corruption index of Mongolia has dramatically decreased recent years, for example, the latest survey shows that a bribery in state organizations lessened. The State Head Mr Elbegdorj and the EBRD president shared views on increasing opportunities of making investments to Mongolia and improving its business environment. Having a key purpose of backing the private sector, the EBRD has been actively cooperating with the Asian region, especially with Mongolia. B.Khuder
