Shavkat Mirziyoyev sends birthday greetings to Sadyr Zhaparov

Tashkent, Dec. 6, 2021 . / Kabar / . President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held on Monday a phone talk with Kyrgyz leader Sadyr Zhaparov, his press service said. The Uzbekistan’s leader warmly congratulated his Kyrgyz counterpart on birthday, sincerely wishing him health, well-being and great success, and to the brotherly people of Kyrgyzstan - peace and prosperity. The leaders noted with satisfaction the gradual consolidation of Uzbek-Kyrgyz relations of strategic partnership based on the strong bonds of centuries-old friendship and good neighborliness. Mirziyoyev and Zhaparov emphasized the importance of continuing constructive dialogue and intensive exchanges at different levels, increasing the volume of trade, joint promotion of important cooperation projects in mechanical engineering, energy and electrical industry, agriculture, pharmaceuticals and other spheres. Particular attention was paid to the expansion of practical cooperation at the regional and business levels, the implementation of cultural and humanitarian programs. There was also an exchange of views on the international and regional agenda.
