The IS reveals "unbelievable security measures" used to prevent Hashimi’s plane from flying

Baghdad (NINA) – The Iraqiya Slate revealed what it called unbelievable, unprecedented, illegal, and unconstitutional security measures were used yesterday to prevent a plane carrying both Vice-President to flight en route to Sulaymaniya to meet with the President. The spokeswoman of the IS, Maysoon Al Damluji, said in a statement today "the security forces claimed that there was a technical breakdown at some times, and at other times claimed the fall of mortar bomb, and a third time claimed the existence of terrorist infiltrators on board of the plane." She added "the IS regards the needless and unreasonable threats and provocations against its leaders and members as part of the harassment suffered by the Iraqi people as a whole. The fabricated charges against Vice President is an unprecedented thing that did not occur in any country in the world. It aims at distracting the people in fabricated crises instead of providing security, services and job opportunities for the citizens." Vice President Tariq Al Hashimi arrived in Sulaymaniya last night, accompanied by Vice President Khudair Al Khuzae to attend the meeting of the Presidency Council. Hashimi's office said, in a press statement, that the security forces at Baghdad International Airport took security measures related to searching for wanted but they did not find the wanted elements among the guards and the rest of the delegation. news referred that Hashimi was prevented from leaving and was kept in the Baghdad International Airport on the background of the issuance of an arrest warrant against him. /End/
