PROJECT OF PROGRAMME RULE COMPLETED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Housing Financing corporation has worked out a project on rules of "100 thousand families housing" programme. As the project hihglights, loans with 25 years terms and yearly 6-percent interest will be given through commercial banks to families included in the housing programme, moreover, apartments--less than 50 square meters--are to be given only to those who buy has never bought the shelter before. The programme will start upon a completion of the list of houses involved. Apart of this, the state will decide issues of infrastructure and free-of-charge lands, for the programme is targeted at low and middle income families. B.Oyundelger
