PROCUREMENT POLICY DEP'T SIGNS MEMORANDUM WITH MERCY CORPS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Procurement Policy Department (PPD) established Friday a memorandum with the Mercy Corps international organization. The memorandum's main objectives are to make the purchasing activities of the government more fruitful and to make its system more transparent. Moreover, the document aims to increase a civil participation in the policy and realization of the governmental purchasing action.
