Prime Minister Discusses To Boost Relations With Lebanon

Baghdad, (NINA) - Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi discussed with Lebanese Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants Gebran Bassil and his accompanying delegation to enhance bilateral cooperation in various economic, trade, tourism, energy and the situation in the region. The Lebanese Foreign Minister was quoted in a statement to the Prime Minister's Information Office convoying, "The greetings of the President of the Republic to Adel Abdul Mahdi and his blessing to form the government "confirming that "Lebanon is seeking to consolidate its relations with Iraq. The Lebanese foreign minister pledged to increase the entry visas for Iraqis wishing to visit Lebanon in the coming period.
