PRESIDENT STARTS VISIT TO POLAND

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj started Monday his state visit to the Republic of Poland. This is the first visit of Mongolian President to this country since 1999. The President of Poland Mr Bronislaw Komorowski welcomed Mr Elbegdorj on the square of the Presidential House with a Guard of honor lined up and the national anthems of the two countries played. After this the State Heads held an individual meeting. The President has been accompanied by L.Bold, the Minister of Foreign Affairs; A.Ganbaatar, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Poland; L.Purevsuren, an advisor to the President on foreign policy; R.Bold, an advisor to the President on health, education, science and technology policy and religion affairs; S.Purev, the Vice Minister of Finance; G.Baigalmaa, the Vice Minister of Urban Development; O.Tamir, the Vice Minister of Population Development and Social Welfare; businessmen, and others.
