President: Over $150 bln attracted to Kazakhstan since establishment of Foreign Investors Council

Kazakhstan, Astana, May 22 / Trend, D.Muhtarov / More than $150 billion has been attracted to Kazakhstan over 14 years since the establishment of the Foreign Investors Council, which makes up 80 percent of the total investments attracted to the Central Asian region, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev said at the opening of the 25th plenary meeting of the Foreign Investors Council under the Kazakh President in Astana on Tuesday. Theme of the meeting is "Kazakhstan - International trade, logistics, business and financial hub". The Foreign Investors Council (FIC) is an advisory body, within which investment activity and the investment atmosphere of Kazakhstan are discussed.
