President Ilham Aliyev laid foundation stone for first residential building to be built in Aghdam city

Aghdam, May 28, AZERTAC President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has attended a groundbreaking ceremony for the first residential building to be built in the city of Aghdam.
