President of Azerbaijan to visit Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, June 28, 2018. / Kabar/. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will pay a state visit to Kyrgyzstan. This became known during the meeting of Secretary of the Security Council of Kyrgyzstan Damir Sagynbaev and head of the President’s Office of Azerbaijan - acting Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic Remiz Mehdiyev. The Kyrgyz President's press service reported that Secretary of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic Sagynbaev visited Azerbaijan, where he took part in the military parade on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Azerbaijani Army. During the meeting of the heads of the Security Councils of the two countries, the issues of cooperation and the forthcoming state visit of the Azerbaijani President to Kyrgyzstan were discussed. "Damir Sagynbaev also held bilateral meetings with the heads of the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of National Security of the Republic of Azerbaijan, where the issues of exchange of necessary information between law enforcement agencies of the two countries on countering the manifestations of international terrorism, extremism, drug trafficking were considered," the report said.
