PM Ali Asadov: Azerbaijan’s foreign trade turnover reached $35.6 billion in 2021

Baku, March 16, AZERTAC “The volume of Azerbaijan’s foreign trade turnover amounted to $35.6 billion in 2021, resulting in a surplus of $12.1 billion,” said Prime Minister Ali Asadov as he presented a report on the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers in 2021 at the plenary session of the Parliament. PM Ali Asadov mentioned that the country’s exports increased by 17 percent, while imports decreased by 10 percent in real terms. “The exports of non-oil and gas products amounted to $2.7 billion or 38.4 percent in real terms,” he added.
