National forum of Green development to run

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The National forum of Green development will run in frames of the World's Environment Day. The forum is to take place June 3 at the Government house. It will be chaired by S.Ouyn, the Minister of Nature, Environment and Green Development, and to be organized by her ministry. Present at the opening ceremony will be Ts.Elbegdorj, Mongolia's President; Achim Steiner, the Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme; Yatsu, the Vice Minister for Global Environment Affairs, Ministry of the Environment, Government of Japan; and Alistair Clark, the Managing Director for Environment and Sustainability of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development /EBRD/. By the end of the measure, an"Ulaanbaatar Initiative" on green development will be released. The forum also includes various lectures and branch sessions.
