MSE SELECTS NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ New Board of Directors of the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE) were appointed Tuesday after the previous members were freed from in accordance with resolution of the State Property Committee (SPC). The new Board of Directors includes M.Batgerel--a Board director and chairman of the Policy and Implementation Department of the SPC; B.Daajamba, a Board member and Deputy chairman of Financial Regulatory Committee; G.Batkhurel, a Board member and director of the General Planning Sector under the Development Policy and Strategic Planning Department of the Ministry of Economic Development; B.Bayar, a Board member and Director of the Legal Sector under the Public Administration Department of the Ministry of Energy; M.Bayanmonkh, a Board member and chairman of the Department of Policy Implementation on heavy industry of the Ministry of Industry and Agriculture; D.Dolgormaa, an independent Board member and Director of the Sustainable Development for Social Responsibility of the Ministry of Industry and Agriculture; Ch.Ganbat, an independent Board member and Executive director of the "Liberty Partners" LLC; and J.Maizorig, an independent Board member and General partner of "MDS&Associates" LLP law firm.
